This is the only smoke shop we go to. The manager Lisa, Asia, and Giovanni all give great customer service. They treat you with a friendly, open demeanor that makes you feel comfortable to ask questions about new products. I have to say as someone who worked in customer service, sales, and as a store manager the training on customer service is at this location is top tier. I wish I could say the same about other locations. Lisa makes customer service a priority. I drive out of my way, with 3 other smoke shops between my house and this store, simply for the amazing customer service.

I buy products here because of Kathy and Lisa. I'll go out of my way to see the kindest ladies that love their customers and support the community any day. Today I hear Kathy no longer is employed by SE due to new employee miscommunication. Get better, management. I will miss not seeing my support group in the morning.

I have been coming to this location for sometime now and there's a reason why...well 2 reasons why.. Kathy and Lisa are 2 employees there and they are the absolute nicest people you'd ever want to meet. They truly treat you like family and in today's world that is rare! I have a stressful job and stopping there before my work day starts helps ease that stress tremendously

I have been coming to this shop for over 4 years now. No one can beat their prices. I love the staff everyone is nice. The store is always clean. Shout out too baby girl Lisa.
