I came in the other day and bought a vape. the cashier Zoe told me to try it before i left because if i walked out i wouldn’t be able to return it. when i tried it and it didn’t work she helped me get a new one. she was very nice and respectful the entire time 5/5 for the customer service alone

Convenient hours, never out of stock of what I shop for ever since they opened this location. Always friendly staff. Overall, couldn’t really be better.

Love this shop but terrible customer service. I came in earlier today and bought a geek bar and after i went to work I realized it wasn't working how its supposed to. I came back after work and there was a girl sitting down and seemed annoyed that I walked in. I tried to explain to her respectfully the situation and she cut me off saying "its not our fault and wait for the manager to come back monday". Very rude. Couldn't even finish my sentence. It wasn't my fault either you sold me a broken vape that I couldn't try before i leave thinking it was good quality for how much I spent. Need better staff and better customer service.

I absolutely love this place! The tobacco Hut vape flavors are FAR AND AWAY the best around and the staff is super friendly. I recommend you stop by!

I dont believe in 5 star recomendations but wow. I was overwhelmed having not been in a vape shop for a year or 2, the employee i dealt with was not only nice down to earth and approachable but he gave me a FANTASTIC recomendation. As well as helped my girl pick out a battery. Huge fan 11\10. I believe the employees name was nelson
