The store owner is super knowledgeable, helped me walk through my purchase and showed me the different products. I ended up buying a really nice kit, and would not have known what I was looking for without his help. They're also adding a convenience store! I'm looking forward to it. I had no idea this place was here before today, but glad I found it. Customer service was amazing. 10/10

Best place in RI to get good glass. From bubblers to recyclers to bongs to e-vaporizers, & more. If you want to support RI and get good glass this is the place. Don’t waste your time and spend $200 bucks else where and it be broken in a week. 90% of stores sell cheap Chinese made glass. It’s not worth your time. You want good quality American made glass come here. Sure you can go online maybe save a few bucks. But with shipping and the wait time. Those few bucks are worth every penny. I got a reasonable deal on a sweet Crave recycler and I love it. It thick glass and awesome design. I then needed a set up again, meaning a carb cap, banger, wax spoon, & terp pearls. He hooked me up with an extra Terp bead, lighter, 10 incense, & wax stick for free. He was very cool and knowledgeable, he wanted to make sure I had a good shopping experience and left his store with a smile on my face. Boy did, I sat and thought for a few seconds about the prices to see how it would compare if I got online. It took me only a second to realize I made the right choice. I got a bigger cooler piece for like $20 bucks more then the one I saw on internet. Which I had know idea the quality for sure or the feel. I believe a piece chooses you and it’s hard for that to happen shopping online. When you get to really hold it, check it out, you notice little things you like and bam, it’s the one. You just know right away. I know this was a long post, but much respect to the establishment and the quality of service, price and product availability. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Owner of this business was very friendly and generous! I had made a purchase from them and unfortunately broke the item cleaning it the same day. I returned with the broken item within the hour hoping given the situation they may discount me on the replacement but without hesitation the owner gave me the replacement and wished me better luck. And when i asked how much i owed him he reassured me it was free of charge!! Not many business would offer a full replacement without question especially since the fault was my own. 10/10 service and will definitely return for any other needs

This shop has items I have never seen before at any other smoke shop! It's a beautiful place with affordable prices, well worth the trip The owner is kind, helpful and knowledgeable I will definitely be going there again 10 ⭐ s
