I purchased a Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL that was defective immediately out of the box. I brought it with in less than 24 hours and they refused my return despite trying to reason with them. I was told sorry no refunds or exchanges reach out to puffco. Well that was pretty aggravating after I spent $449.00. So I’ve reached out to puffco and they have been unable to help as well so basically I’m out $450.00. Don’t come here or buy things from this place 0/10

I really like going here for my products i like and use. the female owner has been extremely helpful mutiliple times with great customer service everytime! She helped by looking for a magnet spacer for my 420pen endlessly into we found the best fit. prices are good they change and get new products in often and the store is always clean, smells good and looks great.

Been going there for well over a year or so. It was my new place to go to get vapes that were a little bit cheaper than Sunoco.. I found ones that worked for me and stuck to those. But lately in the last 6 months the products are more and more faulty.. I go about every 2 weeks and pay over $30 for 2 vapes. But one always has an issue. I now never leave the store without opening my items to make sure they work.. but even so they don’t do nothing or care if it don’t work. Once you pay, it’s not their problem anymore.. And once you check out and pay the lady just says thanks and goes to the back room like she couldn’t bother to stand another second doing her job. This isn’t me being upset or mad over one Incident. This is repeated incidents of the same issues every time. The 2 lady’s sometimes seem sweet but besides that don’t know anything; or can’t even answer the simplest questions about the products they are selling..every time for 6 months straight I walk in to the girl sitting on a stool on FaceTime. She doesn’t acknowledge your presence. If you ask a question they don’t know and act like you are interrupting or bothering them. Literally can’t even look up for a minute.. it’s very inconvenient and UNCOMFORTABLE. It feels like your doing something wrong even walking in; just by their attitude and demeanor. They can sit all day on FaceTime but when a customer walks in they only look up to cash you out. If you have any questions don’t bother. They will answer very short and just say “it’s good” or “I don’t know”. Or literally just walk away into the back room where you can’t see or talk to them. Because they have to look up from their phone or conversation for a second to do their job. They feel annoyed. So that you feel bad even asking anything about what your purchasing..so they can’t answer anything about any products, can get paid to sit on FaceTime all day, and make it known that they don’t like their job. You will every other visit have something faulty that you wasted your $ on.. No interaction at all. Feel like your being a bother just by picking your product. They don’t talk, they can’t look up from their phones or even stand up for that matter. And every other review is the exact same ISSUES for years. Many people noticing the FACETIME, the phones, the inability to answer any questions or interact, the rudeness and straight up annoyance if they have to get up and do their job. The messy Management and employees.. the faulty items with no refunds or any care from the owner. And then under the reviews listed for this place; the owner replied and comments only here and there for the 5 star comments; but not the Same REPEATED issues from so many people for years straight that continues with no change or anyone held responsible. Seems like nothing gets done or fixed. Bare Minimum. Sucks because when I first started going there the employees were so nice and informative and interactive and PRESENT. Now it’s just a couple girls that make it known they would rather be anywhere else. And it’s consistent between reviews of the issues that are ignored.

So the person who was working, who did not look old enough to sell paraphernalia legally was nice enough, and there was lots of it. I can't even express how shocked I was at the prices. I suggest that prior reviewers are either utterly unaware of prices ($29 for a slide for a water pipe is highway robbery) or are friends/family of the owners and trying to leave good feedback. Will not be back. This joint is the convenience store of smoke shops. Sure they may have what sort of you're looking for, but prepare to get ripped off.

Great customer service! They literally have everything plus some fun unique finds! Huge assortment of everything too! Lots of new and trending products which is awesome to see. We will be back! Went back on Christmas Eve and all I can say is Selena you are an ABSOLUTE angel! It was busy and you made the time to help me pick some last minute gifts out, you are a GEM!! Thank you!
