⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t leave reviews often, but this one truly matters to me. There are two locations that i called today — one in Cumberland, RI (my hometown) and one in Pawtucket, RI — and both were incredibly helpful over the phone, even when I didn’t fully know how to explain what I was looking for. They were patient, respectful, and walked me through everything without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. When I finally went to the Cumberland location i realized they genuinely carry just about everything related to smoking, vaping, and dabbing — bongs, pipes, major brands at great prices — and they also have options for every budget, from affordable pieces to higher-end products. This isn’t one of those shops that only carries “a couple things.” They actually have what you need. The employee was there by himself helping both me and my brother at the same time. My brother has a traumatic brain injury and can be very hard to understand, and he wasn’t even sure what the product was called that he needed. The way he handled that situation — with patience, kindness, and respect — meant a lot to me. He genuinely cared about solving the problem, not just making a sale. I originally came in looking for a quartz coil for my Lookah Seahorse Pro Plus nectar collector. Without that coil, the device was basically unusable, and I would’ve had to order one online and wait up to two weeks. They didn’t have the exact coil in stock — which could have been the end of the conversation — but instead of shrugging it off, he found a better solution. He offered me a brand-new Lookah Whale electronic nectar collector (same company and brand lineup) for essentially the same price I would have paid for the 3 pack of coils. The Whale actually came with two new coils included in the box that are all universal and interchangeable , So we both left satisfied with deals, knowledge, a brand-new upgraded nectar collector and two fresh coils — which now means both of my devices are fully operational. It worked out far better than I originally planned. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, I realized I didn’t even have the exact amount of cash on me. I had to split the payment between cash and my brand-new card — which declined at the worst possible moment. It was embarrassing. Instead of making it awkward, he calmly marked down an already amazing deal to match exactly what I had in my pocket and said with a smile, “We’ll call it even.” That’s character. That’s integrity. That’s real customer service. You can tell this place is run with heart — possibly even family-owned — and anyone who understands small businesses knows how important repeat and future customers are. This is exactly how you build loyalty. I’ll be bringing and referring friends, family, and anyone I know here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Genuinely one of the best smoke shops I've ever been to. Huge selection, from basics to "fun" and gimmicky products. Incense, tobacco, herbal, vapes, pipes, it's all there. And always friendly service every time I've been in.

Great selection, staff is always nice and accommodating, and the hours are great (they are open really late, especially for Cumberland). The store is bright, clean, and packed with stuff! Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes looking at every shelf, table, and display. They carry my favorite brand of incense in a million scents and in different sizes/shapes. Great smoke shop👍

My names Matt and I stopped into this store for a quick purchase and Jessica was more than happy to help me in my situation made me feel very welcomed very polite and had outstanding customer service skills. Well informed and also very pleasant to be around. When I come up from Florida to hit up a smoke shop I’ll definitely be sure to stop back in, in a heartbeat. Again thank you Jessica for your amazing service

Amazed at the variety of things they have here. Met the owners who were so friendly and accommodating. My husband mentioned a product he uses that they currently don't sell, and they told him they would order it so he doesn't have to drive 20 minutes away to the store that does sell it. I love incense and there isn't a place close to me that sells the good ones. Now I can just run down the street and get some whenever I need to! Awesome place!! Highly recommend.
