I must say I’m from New York City. We have the best cigar lounges in the world. An i came out to visit some friends an ended up stopping by. Here to watch the nba finals. An i was greeted a treated with highest respect and generosity by Becky she took care of me all night helped me with some cigar selections and the place is spotless clean. Bunch of tvs indoor an outdoor. An u can also order food from nearby places which i did also take advantage of because i seen others doing it. Overall great experience a the drinks r made to perfection haven’t had a amaretto sour that good in a while. Thanks again. I’ll be back.

I’ve been here a bunch of times, they have a very nice set up, good selection in the humidor, good drinks, and a great sized bar. They have an outside patio but I’ve never been out there. I’ve have never had a bad time here or not have gotten a seat when I came. Even when it’s busy. Prices are in line with prices from other cigar lounges. The location is great, right on Main st, so you have restaurants, and great places surrounding it . It’s fair to say this is one of my go to lounges in RI.

The service here was horrible. I ordered 2 drinks on an open tab and then proceeded to order one shot, closed out and left a tip and the general manager and bartender ran outside demanding cash while also insulting us as if we didn’t already pay. Turns out they refunded my money on my card and then proceeded to act like I didn’t pay. This place is horrible and I refuse to go there anymore along with multiple people who witnessed what happened.

I’ve been to this place before and the second time we came back the service was horrible. The bartender barely paid attention to any of us trying to order drinks despite it not being very busy. When she finally did, she Took one of our cards to open a tab, we closed the tab on the same card. We waited outside for our uber for 10 minutes and when we were getting in the car she ran out to tell us we don’t pay our tab even tho we had a bank statement saying otherwise. Demanded cash from us instead of asking us to just pay the tab with the card on file or call the cops like any other bar would in this situation. Very disappointing especially since my group of friends really enjoy spending time here, major disappointment on behalf of the general manager (the bald one with glasses) as well as the bartender who doesn’t know how to properly start and close a tab. Although it is a shame, I can no longer justify spending money at an establishment that tries to scare people out of cash to make up for a slow night.

This cigar lounge can get a bit Smokey when crowded. Staff needed to open front and rear doors to let out the excess smoke.
