The Customer Service experience in the store is the worst I have ever come across. I had called a few days ago to ask a question about a product. I was given a very short answer and then hung up on.. Thinking it might’ve been a complication on the line I tried calling back and the line rang and rang, and they would not pick up my call. I find the prices in the store to be extremely over-the-top expensive and the customer service very rude. The unfortunate thing is, I was calling to see if they had a certain item for my mother, and I was met with very rude attitude.

Sunnybrooks is a Great store. Theres Ed, Joe, Mike and sometimes the owner Mike in the morning. At night theres Dave. The store is very clean. This is where I hang out some times. My name is Trevor.
