⭐️ 1 Star Very disappointing experience at Lava Smoke Shop. The staff were extremely unprofessional and not friendly at all. There was basically no communication or willingness to help. I purchased a vape that was completely dead right out of the package. I tried turning it on and it wouldn’t work, so I charged it for a while thinking that might fix the issue. Even after charging it, it still didn’t work. I went back to the shop to ask for a refund because the product was defective, and I was denied a refund. The quality of the vape was honestly horrible, especially considering I had just purchased it and couldn’t even use it. What made the experience worse was the way the situation was handled. There was no effort to resolve the issue or provide any reasonable customer service. Overall, horrible experience. Poor-quality products, unprofessional service, and unfriendly staff. I definitely would not recommend this shop and will not be going back.

Must visit for hookah tobacco, hookah accessories premium cigars, Disposable vapes, Glass bongs and glass pipe, different verities in grinder and smoking kit. Great pricing. Amazing Ambience, great products and knowledgeable staff who is always ready to help.

They have a variety of options and are open a lot later than the other place on this street. It’s a bit crammed together but the staff knows where to look for stuff and will help you find it. The guys who are usually here are always super nice but the girl I met once is fine too and also knew where everything was. They have one brand of no-nicotine vape as well. I wish they offered those new things I see all the time; the vapes for B12 and melatonin and stuff
