WATCH YOUR BILL Automatic 20% gratuity is hidden in the total I’m sharing this to make other customers aware of the billing practices here. I visited Pure Lounge and noticed that a 20% gratuity ($14.80 in my case) was automatically added to the subtotal, bringing the total to $94.06. However, when the final credit card slip was presented for a signature, there was still a blank "Gratuity" line and a "Total" line, making it look like a tip hadn't been included yet. This is highly misleading. If you aren't looking closely at the itemized receipt, you could easily end up tipping 40% or more by mistake. While I don't mind tipping for service, the lack of transparency regarding the "pre-applied" tip feels unethical. Always double-check your itemized receipt before signing!

Place is amazing. Very comfortable and relaxing, wish there was like a like a spot to dance/dancefloor but amazing nonetheless. Food is always fresh and reasonably portioned. Love the employees, all are so kind, willing to accommodate, and are not pushy. I always love coming here!

Fantastic lounge. Music and vibes are top tier, the food menu is good, and the hookah is great. They have a small parking lot right next door. It's big enough to fit some groups, we had 6 and were very comfy in the corner. Staff is friendly, warm, and attentive. Definitely coming back to this place more often!!

I was walking Federal hill and decided to have a cocktail here. Very nice staff. The cocktail, a Sex on the Hill, was delicious. I sat outside. And i was in the late afternoon, later on this place is always mobbed. They also do Hookah.

Always a great time at Pure Lounge. The staff and owner are friendly and accommodating. Very much recommend going for a night out.
