The customer service experience here was deeply disappointing. Someone who I once considered a friend chose to turn on me and spoke in a disrespectful manner. I was treated as though I wasn’t even a valued customer. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this store. It’s clear that the focus here is not on customer care, but rather on profit, and that is reflected in how customers are treated.

I stopped in here for a refillable vape and didn't know what to buy. The shop keeper was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect vape for my needs. They offer discounts when you bulk purchase too! I'll definitely be coming back

Great vape shop, right outside of Fall River. The owner is always super helpful and polite. Clean store with a huge variety, and lots of deals. I’ve never purchased any faulty vape pens and they have an awesome points system. I put in my phone number every time and often get $5 off. Would highly recommend!
