Wish I could give 0 stars. One thing I cannot stand from working in customer service is someone who answers the phone with an attitude and is honestly just flat-out rude. I called to see if they had a specific brand in stock, and the worker (a man) answered that they did. When I asked the price, he hung up lol. When I called back, he said $30-35, idk, I’d have to scan it so. The interaction definitely persuaded me to just go somewhere else. Because Why be rude?

I’ve been here a quite a few times. However I will no longer spend money here. I stopped by and while waiting I noticed they had labubus. I spoke to their employee about them. Asking about quality and clarity on what I was buying. Thought these would be a great gift. My step son opened the first one and at the age of 8 he laughed and respectfully said he doesn’t need it. Beyond poor quality and embarrassing. Only one was open out of three. I asked to be reimbursed for the other unopened toys. Thinking at least they’d take them back giving store credit. Unfortunately for them they decided that the merchandise they sold me wasn’t worth the deal. Save your money for a store that values it’s customers.
