Bought a $20 tourch and tried to return it because it constantly leeks butane amd has been Messed up from day one. Just wanted to trade it out for a working one and dude told me because it's been over 24 hours, he wouldn't even trade it out. We had spent over $100 that day and he wouldn't even look at the damn thing!! Not only is it broke it's a fire hazard!! Will not be going back to that store especially when the one next door has better merchandise, the customer service is way better.

Terrible experience. Purchased a $60 Vape that stopped working two days later 3/4 full. I went in to exchange as it was the vape battery that was no longer working. The guy working “looked” at the vape flipped it upside down so that the bubble of air in the cartridge was showing and told me it was empty. DO NOT GO HERE THEY SELL BROKEN VAPES AND WILL NOT REPLACE OR GIVE A DISCOUNT FOR A NEW ONE.

This is my 3rd time trying this store out. The customer service and basic knowledge on products is horrible!!!!! This this particular time particular time I bought a Drag3 vape for $90 dollars. The box says batteries included however there wasn’t any batteries. When I ask for a battery or a refund. I was denied both and had to end up buying two batteries. There are other great stores along with great customer service in the area… run away from this one!!!!
