The employees are some of the greatest people I’ve ever met in a store like this. Every other place that sells a lot of 7o Kratom don’t know anything about it. These guys test their stuff and know how good it is. The other day I needed something strong, and rather than try to sell me up on the one we both know wasn’t as good, he told me where to grab some. If you’re ever in a pinch they have some really high alk caps, 3 pack for like 12. These guys are real dudes. They even let me talk their ear off when I was kicking and gave me some great advice. 4 days off today.

Came to HHI for vacation. Staff didn’t have any experience with the products, but we still bought a fairly pricey puffco piece. After charging the device and realizing it was defective, we made the trip back to the shop to get help. Unused and immediately as it was in the box. He said “not my problem”. They were immediately defensive and refused to help whatsoever. No store credit no apologies no help at all. Then rudely kicked us out of the store. I would avoid this place like the plague. They won’t last.

Love this place! Always got what i need and just cause they know me i walk in and get a 20% plus discount but i am a very frequent customer!

Update: after having what I thought was a nice conversation and leaving a 20% tip ($8 on $40) on my purchase today, I was quite disappointed when I got home and my $13 pre-roll was smashed to Smithereens in the little baggie he gave me. Thanks a bunch! Been coming to the store for a long time and it's usually great but I thought this was particularly ignorant. I tried to call and address it in person, but y'all don't answer the phone so here it is in public. 5 stars to 4. Cool shop. Not everything is for everyone, butif you aren't just a curmudgeon, it's a cool store run by nice people.

Fantastic staff who are very knowledgeable. Helped me address some of my back pain issues, recommending what I could use. Their advice was invaluable to me. Always a very great place to visit. Update: Chris, the owner, was absolutely invaluable with his great suggestions of how I can reduce my pain legally with Delta 8! This place has been an absolute godsend, and for someone who isn't religious, I do mean God send!
