I want to write a review saying how helpful pirates cove Vapes has been for me… I used to go to somewhere else until I was introduced to this business.. They are so helpful and knowledgeable, Douglas takes care of me every time I come in. He’s so friendly and knows exactly what I need. If the owners read this, I hope they value what a great employee he is and how much he helps me each time.

A real vape shop. They are few and far between. I travel for work and see a lot of vape shops. Sadly, they have all turned into disposable vape or salt nic shops. I understand you have to stock what sales, but it's hard for a guy like me that's been vaping for over tens years and still on an rda and mech to find equipment. Sorry for the rant. This place is amazing. The staff is super nice. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure make to come and spend some time and money.

Great selection of mods and juice, customer service is ok. I was given one price when looking at a mod then it was $20 more at check out. I know mistakes happen but that was a big difference. Mods are about 15% more expensive here than anywhere else too.

I used to frequent this shop, but will no longer return. There is a curly-haired lady that works there with lousy attitude. She seems very annoyed when you ask her any questions about the products that they carry and her responses are often condescending. I can't understand how someone can often have a sour attitude when they have such a fulfilling job as working in a vape shop

I bought a 5 pack of coils from a young man. I called him and told him they were the wrong ones and he told me to bring them back to return them.. I brought them back and there was a young girl there.. She said she can only return 3 out of the 5 because they were opened. I told her that it was the boy's fault for giving me the wrong coils I shouldn't have to pay for Someone else's faults.. She proceeded to tell me the rules of FDA blah blah blah. I told her I was never coming back. She said thats fine and maybe I should be nicer. But maybe they should hire people that actually know the product. So you have a rude employee and an employee that doest know the product. If there are FDA rules and regulations maybe they need to attend classes and some training.
