I've been coming to this store since I moved here 3 years ago and there are reasons I stay loyal to this business. The prices can't be beat, staff is extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, the selection is large and has plenty of variety. The manager, whose name I cannot remember right now for the life of me, is so kind and helpful (he has long black hair). I wouldn't recommend any other place to my friends. I've never had an experience here anything short of the best! Keep it up!

I have been going to this EcigCharleston location since it open and would never consider going anywhere else. Shandice & Anthony have always been so helpful guiding me towards devices that meet my needs and have a lot of knowledge about all their products. When I have had issues they quickly resolved and have always made sure I am satisfied. They are very polite and go above and beyond treating all their customers with respect and appreciation.

I had the most amazing g experience shopping with Shandice. She was very informative and actually had me switch from an Elf Bar to a Funky Republic, and SHE WAS SPOT ON!!! I live in Mt. Pleasant, and love that location but was in West Ashley and in a pinch so I stopped into this location. Every one of your stores needs a “Shandice” to help them!

Been coming here for years and met some really cool people. One person that stuck out the most is Shandice, she is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and over all an amazing person. The store over all is clean and organized. The staff in general is pretty cool and knowledgeable.

i’ve shopped at a couple different locations, but I love the customer service at the Bees Ferry location! I always happen to run into Shandice when i stop in and she’s always so friendly and updates me on the newest and best flavors for elfbars, my go to! She always has the best recommendations. Definitely love shopping here!
