I had a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, Rasheed was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and made the entire process an enjoyable one. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and professionalism these days. His dedication to customer satisfaction is what keeps me coming back to this store. He truly sets them apart. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them my friends so they can check them out. Thank you Rasheed, for making my experience such a positive one!

I love this place Rashid is awesome and. They all are! Nice place I don't go anywhere else. That's my one stop shop!!!

I didn’t get a chance to get the 2 guys that worked there today but man, best service ever! It’s a shame I wont be down this way again or I’d be a regular.

Mathew/DC is AMAZING!! I went in to see if my vape could be fixed and unfortunately it was damaged beyond repair due to a fall😔😔 but the service Mathew provided was exceptional! He's not only knowledgeable, he's a people person and takes the time to give you exactly what you're looking for. He even multi-tasked seamlessly while helping me to make sure other customers were able to get what they needed, preventing a line from forming. I came in feeling a little down but left smiling 😊😊. Thanks Tobacco & Vapor 11 you guys got it right 👍🏽👍🏽. ***Prices are the best you'll find***
