The variety of Dab City's merchandise is one of the most impressive of all vape shops I have visited !!!!!!!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and my purchases.......without a doubt I definitely will be back and recommend to friends as well as bring as many friends in as possible.

Definitely the best smoke shop on this side of town! ( Bush River location) Great options, a lot of options actually! Very organized and well priced items! Will be back again!

I’d give zero stars if possible. Purchased a Sea Horse device for around 60 bucks. Went home took it out of the box and it was defective. Nothing was put inside the device at all. I live approximately 7 minutes from this shop. I brought it back with the receipt and inside the box. The black lady that I believe owns the place sold me the device and when I came back it was the same lady so she knew I was back within 30 minutes. She said that they don’t accept returns and I’d have to call the company. Absolutely insane for a defective device. I’m flabbergasted on how she couldn’t do the right thing and offer me my money back or even a working device. This is the closest place to my house but I will drive further and never buy from this place again. We have spent some money there before but no longer seeing a dime from us. Please be aware of this shady stuff. Nobody wants to pay 60 bucks for a defective device then told they have to call the company after 30 minutes of purchasing. There are better and friendlier places downtown Columbia and they actually have employees knowledgeable in their products. Don’t get ripped off by this vape store that’s in the hood near a closed down Walmart.

What a turn around! New staff, great customer service! Victoria, Noah, Tariq & Q are amazing and KNOW EVERY PRODUCT! I will be going there more often. I know a lot of my people have had bad experiences there...I only went back because I was in the area and I was very impressed. I will be going back now. It's back to being my go to. I waited until after several visits to write this review because I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke...and it's not. The previous staff was such a disappointment I didn't think I would ever return. I have to say I thought about the show Bar Rescue 🤣
