I stopped to get a disposable vape and Sai, the lovely young lady that works here, and I started talking about related topics on vape mods and being to blind to read the flavors on the boxes when I was looking for a new one. She read out all of the flavors to me so I didn’t have to strain while I leaned over the counter. 🤣😂She was very helpful and extremely nice. We talked about a few things vape related and her awesome attitude deserved a good review. I don’t do bad reviews but I feel like the people that go above and beyond deserve recognition. Highly recommended We went to Kure For the first time and instantly realized this vape shop is a cut above. Excellent selection and top quality products throughout. Outstanding customer service, Monet was super friendly and super knowledgeable and spent lots of Time answering our questions. We had very specific questions concerning the ingredients in their vape anything she did not know for certain she called to get the correct answers. To say Monet was Friendly, personable and knowledgeable is an understatement. Stellar customer service! Prices were more than reasonable, by far the best vape shop in Lexington or Richland County. The manager Campbell and his team here are so great! Any questions I have, whether it's about vapes or any THC variances, they have the answer! They go above and beyond to make sure you know what it is you're buying. With the THC-A issue here, they have a really great comparable selection of other variants of THC to choose from that gets the job done. My personal fav is the levity agave high water, that stuff is awesome!! You can get it straight or as amused "cocktail" they really hooked me up when I stopped in. Their tree house mushroom chocolates are great for those of us who suffer from anxiety and low motivation too. It absolutely rocks! Highly recommend stopping by to see these guys! I've shopped with Kure for years and this location is just as great as the CLT shops 🤙🏻

I left a five star review for this place not too long ago because usually they are great. But today was disappointing. I went in to buy a new disposable trehouse pen bc mine wasn’t heating up like it should even after fully charging it. This has happened with multiple TreHouse disposables of mine. I wouldnt have even kept buying them, because they quit working before you can use all the product, but the last time I went in to replace my no-longer functioning properly pen, he just did a quick exchange since it was a reoccurring problem. Im like wow thats so awesome. I wasnt looking for anything for free, but they fact the associate was so understanding and frankly kind of apologetic was nice. So i went back in today, bc it quit working. This time I was going in with the intention of just trying a different brand, since this keeps happening. The associate greeted me, asked me if i needed help with anything, and i explained that I need a replacement disposable bc my treehouse one stopped working. But that it keeps happening, so i think id like to try a different brand. He asks me if i mind if he tries it. Im like, oh okay, sure. Thinking, thats a little odd to put your mouth on something of someone elses. But he tries it, and a very faint vapor comes out. Then he tries another old one i have. Does the same thing. Not like how it should. He says unfortunately all disposables are going to be like that now bc its cold outside. ….. I show him my previous vapes, which still have product in them, to show him like no, its an issue with the heating element or something. And i ask him if i try another one if i could get a discount since i keep spending money and this keeps happening and he looks me up and tells me he cant because i purchased it more than 2 weeks ago. So i said okay, and just start thinking bc ultimately i just want a pen that works. And his “none will bc its cold outside” answer stumped me. Then another customer comes in, and asks for some type of refillable juice, and the associate stops helping me and starts filling this guys large order. I waited there for like 10 mins, in silence, while he helps this customer that came in after me. I left without being helped, and with the associate putting his mouth on two of my pens. Had i known he was going to argue with me and refuse to give me a least a discount on today’s purchase, i would have said no, please keep your mouth off my stuff. Very disappointing. My lunch break is now wasted. Ill just go somewhere else.
