The service here is excellent! I must say Chinah is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful. She also has a sweet disposition and is easy to talk to. I have recommended Planet Vapor to several of my friends over the years as I've been a patron here since 2013 when they opened their first store on Two-Notch Rd. I will continue to recommend them as they are a higher quality vape shop! Keep up the good work y'all!!

Great place amazing people great prices. And they have a happy hour

I love coming here it's right off of Garners Ferry rd but close enough to everything else. I love coming here. There is never a long wait, and the staff is so friendly. It is clean and well kept with no one hanging out and being rowdy, unruly and down right ratchet. I have one little thing I feel should be a different process for and thats the incense, I as a customer shouldn't have to spend time writing what I choose and how many on the platic sleeve. Thank you to the owners and staff 😀

I had the most amazing experience walking into this store and receiving top notch customer service from Krissy. I'm not sure if all the other people who work there are as a informative, passionate, knowledgeable, or polite as her. But if they are I will be coming here more often. Thank you for your exquisite service young lady🤗

Friendly staff that has the best recommendations. Perfect atmosphere.
