I made a purchase yesterday, 8 July 2026. It was EXTREMELY HOT inside! The thermostat was reading 81 degrees!! This has been an ongoing problem that needs to be fixed! The employees are relying on a BOX FAN! I was inside for about 15-20 minutes, perspiring like I was outside! The employees work in those conditions for HOURS. I can’t imagine what and how they must feel. Maybe the owner/owners should be forced to experience what their employees experience, by working a week in those same conditions. This is totally inexcusable and unacceptable.

I Love Tionna.. she’s absolutely the sweetest and always so helpful!!! She needs a raise🙌🏽🙌🏽

Great vape store Tionna in particular was amazing very knowledgeable about all vape products and she makes the store feel like home. She is definitely one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to this location
