I had a pretty decent experience up until today I'm not sure if the guy was having a bad day or what but I was sold a defective vape product on Tuesday and opened the package for first time use on Wednesday and today Thursday I went to exchange NOT Return exchange for the same exact thing and I was confronted with attitude asking me what he always going to do with it I already used it. It was filled to the top it was not able to be used he didn't even look at it.he followed up saying I should of brought it back the first day and as I was trying to explain i just opened it he just kept calling me brother this brother that. I KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.. But whatever just won't be going here anymore it sucks tho I live so close and was spending good money there

I have been to this shop multiple times, and bought different things and haven’t had a problem. But the past few times I went he I gave him a $10 for a pack of cigars for $2 the owner tried to short me money. And is always loud on the phone. And I had recently bought a cartridge that had a dent and I didn’t open it until I left the store, so it was hitting so I didn’t bring it back the very next morning it wouldn’t even charge or turn on I tried to return it and he was completely rude and just unprofessional.

Does anyone know if they ID?? Bf lost wallet with everything in it and we can’t make it to our regular shop
