Amazing staff! Mike helped me and his customer service skills are excellent! Nice and clean shop! Variety of vapes and brands! He was incredibly helpful! It was so hot outside and the shop was nice and cool which I really appreciated because it made shopping much easier and more comfortable! Love this place!

Loved this place. Shop is very cool and the ladies there are sweet, but I just so happened to run into the only older man that works there(tall and older looking with short blonde hair). I asked about their disposables and needed a quick minute to decide which one I wanted. He seemed okay until another employee with a girl entered the store and then he just snapped 'You clearly don't know what you're looking for' at me and impatiently put the stuff I requested back. I asked if i could only have just the papers I originally requested but he said they didn't have any for sale while looking right at them and smiling. The other employee even looked suddenly confused. I told him that he was going to sell me some a minute ago but he hastily put them back for no reason. Then he threatened to call the cops on me and had the audacity to call me weird for asking why I suddenly couldn't be serviced and why he was threatening to call the cops when I didn't steal anything or hurt anyone. He then asked for my id and I presented it to him thinking maybe he would suddenly sell me my items, but he just snapped a photo of it on his personal device(not a legal scanner or anything)and told me he needed it for 'legal purposes'????(which I attempted to reported to management but couldn't get ahold of so I reported it to SC Dept of Consumer Complaints to contact the owner directly). Whole experience was just unnecessarily confusing and if you come here just always ask for one of the ladies instead to avoid a whole big thing(especially the older lady with really long hair). People with mood swings shouldn't be allowed to work in everyday settings, especially if they're going to pick and choose who they can and can't be disturbingly rude to.

Went in for cigarettes for someone. Only had one brand to choose. Staff told me about a discount place down the street. Nice people.

I had a really disappointing experience during my most recent visit. The staff member working when I arrived was on the phone, didn’t acknowledge me, and responded to my questions with a rude and condescending tone. Every time I tried to speak, I was met with eye rolls and dismissive behavior, which made me feel completely disrespected as a paying customer. I’ve been coming here for a long time and never had an issue until now, but this interaction was unacceptable. I left the store immediately and, to my surprise, the employee even followed me outside to continue the confrontation. I ended up going to Smoke O's, where the prices were better, the customer service was excellent, and I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Damien, in particular, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m not the only one who’s had problems here, and I believe it’s important for others to be aware. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I won’t be returning and would recommend checking out other shops in the area that value their customers.

Very friendly and welcoming place, never had any problems and the employee’s always are helpful and respectful! Shout-out to Magnum for the help!
