The worst customer service. They only carry your basic stuff one or two brands. And please don’t ask him about anything. If you want to go to an amazing smoke shop go to the one on 544 across from McDonald’s by the Waffle House they have a point system. I’ve already gotten me a Luca combo worth $100 for free. The people there are so friendly they have products like the volcano ,Randy’s loove which is what I asked about at Smoke o’s VAPE and the guy looked at me like I was an idiot and walked away. this place is definitely not a real shop. It’s basically a fake weed dealer.

I won’t be going there again. On My last visit, the cashier told me to grab what I wanted, despite it being behind the counter. This time, I grabbed what I needed, and approached the register and was chastised like a child very rudely by GRIFFIN. “Don’t go behind the counter again!” No worries Griffin. I won’t come shop there again!

I want to share my happiness walking out of this store. My husband and I visited for the second time this past Wednesday, sometime between noon and 1:30pm. We had a very negative experience at another store right before and thought we’d try again. The guy who helped us, same guy as last time, completely turned our day around. He was so precisely helpful without wasting our time showing us stuff before he got the details or before we had a chance to look around. We gave him a few ideas of what we were looking for and he showed us at least 3 pieces we loved and all in our price range, no nonsense. We were in and out so quickly with a product we still love today and felt so well treated leaving the store. This guy went beyond what’s expected.

They should really fix what time they open. Drove all the way there because it said they opened 8am and they weren't.

Lots of varieties, nice, helpful staff. Love their smoke odor candles, I use them in my kitchen when I am cooking. Then the house doesn't keep the food smells, like fried chicken and fish.
