The best vip shop I've ever visited! Customer service is excellent and the prices are very competitive, and the products are all original and amazingly diverse. The staff is respectful and knows the exact needs of the customer. Every time I visit the store, I go out and I am more satisfied than last time. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars. I advise anyone looking for quality and excellent prices to visit this store, and they will never regret it

In the past there has been nothing but decent experiences with this store but yesterday was enough to make me stop shopping completely. Couple nights ago around 12am I purchased a pack of backwoods for $7 and when I opened the pack it was completely empty. By the time I realized I was already 30+ minutes away from the store. I come back early the next hoping they could handle it but pretty much told me I was out of luck and should’ve bought it back as soon as I realized, even if I was 30 minutes out. I had to spend another $7 to buy another pack. I pretty much paid $14 for 1 pack. They didn’t care to make the situation right at all and that was infuriating.
