I love this store—it’s got everything from snacks to incense to fresh cigars. I always run into my boy JT when I’m there, and he always puts me on to what’s new. Plus, the desserts are actually really good too!

JT and Shy was a great help directed me to exactly what I been looking for all over town. I love how all their product is fresh never stale

I had an amazing experience with a gentleman and lovely lady named JT and Shi, their customer service is great and they know how to interact with their customers which is something rare to find these days; especially here in Florence.

Just Got helped by Jt this is the best smoke shop in town no doubt customer service was phenomenal

Best place in town, grab a sweet treat by Shi!
