Love the new girl that works in the mornings she is super nice.

Love the vibes, the owner and the young lady whose always there are always friendly… been coming here for about a year and this is the only smoke shop I go to Built relationships with really good people

They lie about their hours. I was looking for a shop open late. It says they’re open until midnite. Just drove all the way there to have no lights on. Huge waste of someone’s time. Either they haven’t updated their google, or they just leave early. Either way, not a good way to run a business. Maybe that’s why smokers town is taking over Florence. They honor their hours on the internet

Amazing customer service

The people that work there are very friendly. I'm a weekly customer.
