Really bad customer service. I asked for something and the dude just walked away and kept watching his soccer game. Update: Post the video please. I stand by my review. What I said is exactly what happened. Nothing was even said about an ID. Either you are lying or your employee lied to you. He was on his phone watching a soccer game with the volume blasting. Do you stand by your response. I'll be happy to stop by. Not a problem at all. Update #2. I don't use that type of pod. He lied to you.
