I had a great experience at this Ecig of Charleston location. Britney had me in and out quickly while providing top-notch customer service. My flavor is always in stock on the Juice Bar, and the employees are always so knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommended!

Literally feel so ripped off from this place!! Purchased one of the 6500 puff mybar disposables they make and fill in-house on Friday night, 8/4 only because I was trying to cut down on nicotine content with a 3mg and I have had MAYBE 1,000 puffs on it before it was empty by Sunday morning. It wasn't 6500 puffs at ALL!!! Whoever filled it did NOT fill it all the way. I've had the EBDESIGN BC5000 that had 1500 less puffs last wayyy longer than this device they sold me! Those ones lasted me a solid week and half of puffing every so often like I did their brand. Staff was great, but really make sure you actually fill the device all the way before selling it to customers!

Amazing store! Great customer service! I love how they tell you to check your disposables to make sure they work well. They really care about their product. Britney was amazing and I learned a lot about the proper way to charge my elf bar to make sure I got my moneys worth and didn’t burn it out. She was friendly and welcoming. 10/10 won’t be shopping anywhere else.

Brittany is and has been the most knowledgeable and hospitable person I have met so far at the Goose Creek store. She took her time to help me and to make sure she understood what it was I needed. This is the store I have gone to since it opened and she has been the best employee I have encountered. I look forward to seeing her again. Well done Britt
