The atmosphere was nice. However, the gentleman behind the counter was AWESOME!! I don't smoke or use any tobacco products. I was in there for my son, who was on the phone. The gentleman was SO patient while I sent pics, stated & restated flavors, puffs (or whatever), etc. He was extremely helpful!!! Thank you. I just wish I had asked your name so I could call you by name.

Edited Review: The shop owner replied to my review and I took him up on his offer to stop by the store and they went above and beyond to take care of me. The shop owner wasn't present when I went in but I was able to pull up my review and they gave the owner a call. He personally apologized and swapped out my duds. It's not very often that you get that kind of customer service! I'll definitely be a return customer now! Stopped by this shop last Thursday on a whim because my last disposable had died and the reviews were decent. The shop was sparse and nothing like I was expecting. Not a lot of inventory or options. I purchased 2 JukBoxx vapes because they were on a buy 2 special for a great price. The gentleman working the shop wasn’t familiar with them but I decided to try them anyway. Neither of the 2 I purchased have any flavor at all. Usually there’s a no return or exchange policy in place at these shops so I didn’t even bother going back inside to ask but nearly $40 is a lot to waste on vapes that have no flavor. Probably won’t be going back.

The ppl are very friendly and helped us out to find something that worked for us. They have a small selection tho. They are in goose creek near food lion they have a drive thru

I realized I haven't reviewed their Goose Creek location to I had to make sure I said my piece here. Modern Vapor hit it out of the park again with their second location. With their trademark style this shop has a fantastic laid back feel. Adding to the atmosphere in addition to their large bar top which has seemingly set the standard, the shop has a lounge complete with a couch, coffee table, comfortable lounge chairs, and end tables. This is the only shop I go to. It has a fantastic selection of juices, a comfortable laid back atmosphere, and friendly very knowledgeable staff who are eager to help you find a mod that will best fit your needs. The equipment they sell is top of the line and at great prices. Both of their shops are very clean, and even have a workbench to build and install coils, and the staff will help with that too. All of their juices have testers so you can find a juice you love without a case of buyers remorse. It's the best shop I've been to, and I've traveled extensively as far as California. Frankly, if you've never been to Modern Vapor, you're missing out. It's clear that they're passionate about what they do.

I gave it 4 stars because of awesome interaction when buying product. Vape was no longer working after 4 days. I would understand it if i had used it till the end but not after few days. Was told no exceptions, no refund or exchange. Employee just told me "what I can do is sell you another one".. sure, cuz I am going to waste more money here... smdh...I guess customer service is only available till they got your money.
