Never had a problem till today Was told 1 price over the phone and an hour later 7 more dollars in the store, I explained the price that I was told over the phone by a female employee - And whether I come there a lot or not apparently determines whether you get charged 7 more dollars or not? The guy ended up asking me a few questions about the woman that I spoke to, as if there’s More than three people that work there! He ended, honoring the price that I was told over the phone But Also didn’t look very happy about it! I’ve always paid that price from this store But I always call and ask the price before I go aswell I’m very familiar with the disposable that I buy from you literally the only 1 and only flavor I buy because I usually vape fresh mixed juice not Disposables! We’ve got a year left to vape guys It’s been banned by McMaster We all know that! Do your best to be upfront with your customers seemed a little shady! I liked this store. It was convenient for me But I stop shopping places when weird stuff like this happens!

Owners are super cool never had a problem. Some lady who said she was a manager (never saw her or the dog before) was rude and I guess she thought I was going to steal. Not sure, but she refused service after asking about the vapes. This is a vape store. Why work here if you don't know about what you’re selling? She was on her phone when i walked in and not paying attention to anything was saying . 0/10 experience. Go to vape lounge down the street lol

I came in there to get something & the guy wouldn't sell it to me because someone in his family went to rehab for it, if you sell this in your shop then you shouldn't deny people buying it, honestly I dont care about Brenda, Mary or someone's uncle, if you dont want to sell a product to people due to any type of reason close the shop or take the items out!
