Horrible! So rude when you call them. How do they stay open? I worked at a very busy phone store and I never told a customer that I was too busy to answer a simple question. That’s okay I went to another store and now they will get my 100$ a month. If I could give a lower review I would. Not going to make a trip up there if I don’t know whether or not you have the product I’m looking for. And I’m not wasting my gas to Lolly gag and find out. So yea horrible service. Called them two times in a row the second time I was hung up on very rudely while I was talking. You think people are going to continue shopping with you? Maybe people that have too. I sure don’t and I will spread the word.

Loooove coming here. Idk his name but owner is super sweet! Everytime I come in he immediately let's me know what's new as far as vape brands, deals, and flavors. I've been to other places but U basically gotta know what u want. At least my friend here can go into detail about his products. I hope the business thrives while he stays just as humble.

I love Jon and his sister in law or sister idk but they are great I drive almost 50 miles and pay a little more but it's definitely worth the little extra gas and cash.! I would recommend this establishment to anyone.!

No refunds or exchanges after product failed in less than 24 hours? Ashley, the clerk was on the phone the whole time, she charged me for the wrong device and it was more expensive. I had to go back and she didn't fix the original ticket. I'm not even upset about that. I am upset about their refund policy. She told me I would have to go and speak to the owner on Monday. It's a national holiday! Whatever. I will not be purchasing an vape accessories from here from this point on.
