I used to come a lot to this particular store. I would enjoy seeing “the owner” Zach. We would always have good conversations about products or things in general pertaining to the store. I’ve strayed away twice recently because I was trying to find a specific flavor of a vape. This visit I came with my fiancé & it will be our last. Chris is the gentleman that helped us this evening. My fiancé called ahead to make sure the two flavors were there to purchase. When we walked in we said what flavors we came for. Then I proceeded to inquire if he has heard anything about the vapes I was purchasing because I’ve been having issues recently. (Fakes & bad vapes) He suggested that maybe I try a new flavor because they may have changed the formula. I was trying to explain about the vape not properly charging/holding a charge. Also, that the juice was just draining and I’ve only had it five days. Just about the vapes not working properly. I even stated that it was a different store that I went to. He proceeded to say with a tone “I don’t know what you want me to do about it, there’s nothing I can do.” I was a little shocked with his reaction. I informed him that I was just frustrated with the vape issues recently and I was trying to see if he had heard anything. “Well there’s nothing I can do.” His response seemed like he thought I was “fishing” for a discount & it immediately disgusted me. I replied “I’m not trying to get a discount.” Then I immediately shut down. My fiancé finished the transaction and we left. I even told my fiancé that “I wished Zach was here and I wasn’t trying to get a discount.” while we’re exiting the store. It’s just disheartening because I did enjoy coming here because of the convenient location and the owner. Unfortunately we will not be coming back, shame. 👎

Always have been treated with kindness and had my questions answered with professionalism. Great prices and selection.

I go here all the time on way to work or on the way home and the owner and everyone who works here is super sweet and just gives amazing customer service. Best local smoke spot by far and I plan to keeping coming back
