*I suggest NOT going to this store. HORRIBLE business, HORRIBLE customer service* I want to start by saying I am not one to complain ever or even write reviews for that matter but this really pissed me off because I’ve never had this issue at ANY other vape store before. I’ve always been able to just exchange my vape if it wasn’t working or tasted burnt after just buying it. This was the first time I have ever been to this vape shop and it was the worst experience ever. I usually go across the street but I was already parked over there and decided to check it out because why not right? I will NEVER go here again. I had $10 to spend. I asked about his $10 vapes he pointed to the little spot across the store okay cool I found them. As I’m looking, he’s huffing and puffing like I’m taking too much of his time or something. I finally get one, a brand I’ve had before mind you so I know that even thought they’re on sale they’re pretty decent. Well this thing tasted burnt as hell and kept staying on after I hit it like it’s gonna blow up or something. So I go back up to the store and let the dude know I was there this morning and got it and what it was doing, he literally shrugged his shoulders and said it’s because it’s “cheap” and he would give me another one at a ”discount” 🤨 How about no? How about you exchange it for a working one because no matter how much money I spent I still spent my money on it and it doesn’t work. I asked him if I could exchange it and this man really grabbed one off the FLOOR and handed it to me. Different brand. Nasty as hell!!!!! It tasted like it’s been sitting on that floor since the day they been open. I said allllllright and threw that one away and walked out the door. I would never suggest this store to anyone ever. I hope this store gets shut down because that dude really don’t know how to run business. All he had to do was let me exchange it for a new working one from the same shelf. Wasn’t asking for a refund or anything extravagant. Sorry I couldn’t spend $25 on a brand new vape at that moment but I promise you when I do later on today, I will be going across the street to the people that are good with their customers and exchange vapes when they don’t work. I would never spend that much money here even if it was the last vape store open 🤬

Has no idea what he was talking about. Sold me some flower that was literally turning to dust old as he'll. Smells it and says whoo stinks... come on bro. I been smoking 30 years bro. Shit was garbage. Any where else its 10 a g plus tax here it comes out to 13 a g for some dust horrible flower. Check your shit before leaving the store. #trash

usually love shopping at this store, but I had a really disappointing experience yesterday. I bought a cart and, at most places, they let you test it before leaving in case there’s an issue. This time, I felt rushed out and didn’t get the chance to check it. When I opened it about 30 minutes later, I noticed it looked sugared or crystallized inside, almost like it was frozen. I went back to the store, but it had already closed. I called the next morning to ask what I could do since I don’t live in the area anymore (I’m about an hour away), but I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve always had good experiences here before, so I’m really hoping they make this right.
