Love the lady that works there some nights. She is absolutely amazing. I went to two knotch road planet vapor and was pleasantly surprised to see her working there as well. Will turn becuase of the customer service received by this one employee. She literally calls me when she gets a shipment of my lemon cheesecake peak disposables to lmk they are in stock. Lovvvveeee her. If she ever leaves there im gone also.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, currently expanding the store, but it doesn’t hinder the service

Four stars for the staff but this is the second time I have pulled up and there’s a “back in 15 minutes or less” sign and the doors have been locked for significantly longer than that. The sign was up at 4:51 when I pulled up, and just now removed and opened at 5:15. I come here after I get off work- I want to make my purchase and go home.

Amanda was amazing!! She always helps me and my fiancee whenever we come in together or separately and shes always so positive and lovely!

I went into this store yesterday pretty clueless about what I needed. Krissy was amazing! She explained the things I needed to replace in my unit and how they work best and recommended some juices. Totally awesome experience. Will definitely go back!
