I usually come here because it’s close and the girls that work there are nice but last time I went in there was a young guy working and he was SO RUDE. Rude about a question I asked and didn’t let me put in reward number.

Other than the fact that the employees spend the entire visit on speakerphone in another language, and they talk for a solid minute more before they acknowledge your presence, keep talking during your purchase and cash exchange too....they have a large selection of good stuff at decent prices and the buy 5 vapes get one punch card is a very nice incentive

Up until recently I would've given 5 stars easily because this has always been my favorite vape shop and they keep anything and everything you could possibly want in stock. But the last 5 times I've shopped the same guy has been behind the register and continuously "forgets" to award my points for the fivestar reward system. Even after Ive said something to remind him nothing has changed. I've lost out on 2 $5 off rewards due to this happening. I'll gladly change my rating to 5 stars if the problem is corrected and the issue resolved but until then 2 stars is where it stands. Edit 11/29: one of the females working went out of her way to credit me back all the points I was missing. That's the kind of service Mauldin Tobacco and Vapor is known for. I'm changing my review to 5 stars.

Always a pleasant experience with these guys. They all remember you after one visit so shopping with them feels pleasant and personal. Would definitely recommend them. 5 stars across the board.
