Today, I stopped by on my way back from the beach and was surprised to be unable to get service because I didn't have a physical ID, even though the staff know me well from many visits. I offered to show a digital copy, but unfortunately, it wasn't accepted. It’s a bit disappointing when loyalty and familiarity aren’t recognized in these situations. I’ve been a regular for a couple of years and truly value good customer service. I understand policies vary, but I hope in the future there can be more flexibility for loyal customers like myself. There are many other shops nearby that I look forward to supporting, and I appreciate their welcoming approach.
