These folks are crooks I’ve done business with them for yrs, got sold the wrong product, Went back to the store to see if they could at least exchange it for the right one, they told me I had to buy a whole new kit like my business didn’t mean anything the owner she isn’t worth the public patronizing her business ! Little does she know I have friends who buys for her all the time and that’s how I became a customer after this I can assure you they won’t be doing business with her again, Word of mouth powerful and I will tell people don’t do business with you them, all over $22 dollars Wow but you can have that money you need it more than I do apparently

Threatened to call the cops on me because I “smelled like weed” get a grip , your workers sell weed to kids after work which will be reported

Hours are a lie. Don't say you're open til 10 and close at 9 with a sign on your door. Really sucks for customers that make the drive

I was hesitant to visit this location because some of the reviews were mixed. I am usually more familiar with the location on Socastee Blvd. I walked into a large selection of glass (which is what I was in the market for). The gentleman working the counter on the afternoon of 7/7/25 around 4pm was extremely helpful and pleasant. Gave me suggestions and listened to what I was looking for and we found the perfect piece. Would recommend this location for sure.

This business has THE worst customer service. 100% a tourist trap. They don’t care about people that live in this city. I have been doing business here for 30 years. Never experienced such horrible hospitality. I purchased something worth over $300. A few hours later, that same day I took it back. It was a gift to give to someone. That person didn’t want the gift. I had no use for it. I thought no problem, I just picked this up 2 hours ago. I was refused a refund. They’re thing is “we have a sign” You also have clover system which can process a refund in about 4 clicks.. Also before I purchased this item I asked about a warranty. Online where you can purchase this item they supply with a warranty. The dude at Purple Haze had no idea. So if they sold me something broken would I still get no refund? You have multiple locations around SC. it is disgusting how money hungry this business is. Their solution to this whole thing was to give me a gift card for the amount of $ I spent. Why would I want to continue supporting such a crappy business that won’t support its customers.
