Save yourself the money and terrible headache and just go somewhere else!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Rude, unprofessional, tacky, and SUCH a WASTE of money!!! Did I mention a huge waste of money? We were literally in town visiting, and we stopped here on a whim. We only wanted a pre-roll, but I also decided to grab two of those cbd drinks as well (mistake number 3-thinking they’d be the same price they are at other places). Went to ring my THREE items up (a two pack of pre rolls and two drinks), & the grand total was literally $65. I didn’t even get anything lol? After leaving to look at the receipt, then going back in, leaving again, and going back in another time…all while still in the parking lot, the final time of going in really threw me overboard. The “supervisor” or whatever look he was going for, he was incredibly rude, aggressive, and didn’t have any clue on how to have a productive & mature conversation. It was a circus. Basically, for some reason, we were given a $7 or $8 “refund” because we were OVER CHARGED for the pre-rolls, at which point the girl at the desk says “we have to make money too, so we have to up charge”. Mind you, I didn’t even have the pre-rolls because he took them the last time we went in to talk about the $65 total on the receipt, but now he seemed to be under the impression I was trying to steal from him? Lol what? The pre-rolls were marked $12 and you charged me $19.99 for literally everything? What should have been just a minor miscommunication, turned into SUCH A HUGE ORDEAL. you would have thought I was trying to rob them….over a two pack of pre-rolls and some NASTY drinks. (Don’t buy anything in here, I’m telling you). Absolutely ridiculous behavior and I am so glad I will never have to go back here again. Please save yourself THE MONEY, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THEY OVERCHARGE EVERYTHING. It’s a smoke shop…not a dispensary. Chill out. Oh, and even though we didn’t even leave the parking lot or open the drinks, the sale on the drinks were finalized. $20/ for each drink. We couldn’t even drink HALF OF ONE CAN because it was SO disgusting.

There was a very nice young woman at the dick pond location that made my visit easy. Often vape shops have to many options, she asked all the right questions about my preferences and I was in and out. Check this location out for sure !

I love coming here because the owner and staff are very friendly and the prices are the best around. Any other vape shop sells the exact same vape products for $5-$10 more. If they don’t have a product you’re looking for or need, the owner Norman will go out of his way to, not only order it, but keep it in stock for you. I’ll never go to another store and highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

The guy (assuming the owner) is very nice and knowledgeable. The girl behind the counter most days is nice, but has no idea what anything is, or what anything does. She's extremely unfamiliar with the products she sells. "I dont know" being her response more often than not. Nice selection of well priced products, undercut by inexperienced staff members.
