I visited this store with lots of questions on various products. The person I talked to that day was Katie. She was so kind and knowledgeable about everything I asked. She was patient as I made my selections and made sure I was confident in my final choices. The selection was large so it could have been overwhelming without the help I received. Great customer service. Will return.

Unlike the 1st vape store I went to, they were helpful polite and helped me find everything I needed at even lower prices than the 1st store. He took his time with me and I left there completely satisfied. I strongly recommend you avoid the vape shop at the end of the Belk's shopping center, Dab City 11. There the manager was rude and downright condescending. Shop and give your business to King's Vapor. Excellent service!

Shout out to katie behind the counter , she is very knowledgeable about the product she’s selling from everything to THC Alternatives ,Nicotine products and the one that mattered most to me as a customer was her extensive knowledge on the kratom , 7oh and 7oh alternatives that they sell which is super rare not only was she knowledgeable but she was very patient and made me feel very welcome and not rushed allowing me to take my time and make my decision , she made a returning customer out of me which is surprising because the last girl who helped me was the exact opposite, she was short with me ether because she had no product knowledge or she just was upset she had to help me instead of talking to her friends who were just hanging out on the floor of the lobby , they have a pretty good selection of 7oh , powdered kratom and even alternatives such as mgm15 which is pretty hard to find rn without ordering it online and waiting up to a week for it I give this place an A+ after todays experience and will be back
