ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT THEY SAY THEY OPEN AT 6AM AND THEY DO NOT, I AM HERE AND ITS 6:15AM AND I DONT SEE ANYBODY IN THE SHOP AND THE LIGHTS ARE OFF, OTHER THAN THAT, They have a Very good Vape Shop carrying all common products and also alot of stocked just released products, very good customer service and extremely willing to help or also carry products that you like that they dont currently carry, they have purchased products that they didnt carry for me and now carry them regularly..... very awesome vape shop!

If I could give negative stars I would. They say they give veteran discount and then when u go to pay the argue with you about giving you the discount. Finally I see he puts it on there and saved me a whole 79 cents. I tried to use my points and can't because I have to pay at least $100 to use the points I've earned by going there everyday. Im obviously very upset with this place and the owner and his idiotic staff. I hope something terrible happens to this person and his business that insurance won't cover.

I have been a regular at this location since it was previously owned under the name PLANET VAPE, & of all of my 10 yrs of being a loyal customer I have never had a issue of any kind UNTIL NOW. I usually come in and but the same product as creature of habit. However I am sometimes intrigued on new products in stock, this specific time I decided to pick a new item for the same exact price as the product I usually purchase from this location. I am use to being described the products when asked & up my asking this specific time, I was give a very dry matter of a fact response. I just went ahead and purchased the item WITH CASH. & Before leaving the INSIDE of the store I realized the item is not the same quantity I usually purchase and asked to switch it out, seeing the item was the same price as the item I wanted to switch out for, & was told "NO, YOU SAID THATS THE ONE YOU WANTED." I Then asked why seeing there is no price difference i never left the INSIDE of the store & furthermore I explained why I wasn't pleased with the purchase & was still denied to switch out a BRAND NEW product that wasn't advertised properly for a product the same price after paying with CASH. I then decided to just take what I did purchase that I wasn't satisfied with and let the young male know that my money will no longer be spent there anymore calmly & disappointed, & thanked the young man for his "COURTESY" this was to NO AVAIL. I only rated one star because I couldn't document my honest review without making at least a one star rating. This rubbed me very wrong because I already let go of the incident I purchased a product while moving fast ant left it at the counter after paying and walked back out to my car that was parked right outside of this location,less than 1 minute later I walked back in to inform this same male of this & was told he accidentally placed it in the next customers bag, and seeing I wanted what I payed for that he gave away I would have to pay for the product, a second time in order to receive what I have already purchased, I asked if this was a practical joke, I was given the answer no, and then abruptly with a nasty attitude I was given the product and in turn, it's been a very rough dry, less detailed experience about the products in that location, I am so displeased this long passage isn't the beginning of how I feel as a paying loyal customer of 10yrs and overall a consumer.

One of the best smoke shops in the City! The customer service is excellent and the guys in there and fun and knowledgeable. A real hometown vibe you get when you visit them and they have some of the strongest THCA products out on the market. Ask for Mar, he will take care of you for sure 💯
