I have to agree with the store (up in smoke) pertaining to some of these comments. I'm not understanding why you would do a review on a company just because they didn't have a item in stock you wanted, that's going out of your way to damage their image. Most of these alleged (real customer 🧐🤔🤨) reviews also don't specifically say what they don't have in stock. I also don't think it's rude to ask why you didn't go to another store to purchase what you wanted, especially when comparing another business to them (that's rude) (do you go to Burger King and hassle them because they don't have big macs?, followed by WELL McDonald's has them and then using your precious time to call the 1-800 number or do a bad survey on them because your spiteful) Hopefully you do not, either way, I probably would ask why you didn't go to McDonald's then as well, if you were sending-- I'm entitled, the world revolves around me, why didn't you jump up as soon as I walked through the door and bow down to me-- what do you mean I'm not getting what I want at all times NEGATIVE energy!!! The typical person would just leave and go to another shop to buy what they were looking for, they would not spend 5 minutes of their life (that they'll never get back) writing negative comments to make the company look bad. I chose to spend 5 minutes of my life doing it because if you aren't actual customers what you're doing is despicable and wrong. If you are a actual customer, please be mindful of the energy you put out and think of something more useful to do with your thoughts. Defamation is serious and you should be mindful when you are intending on damaging others. If this is another company doing this, you must feel threatened (don't dislike them-get like them) or inferior in regards to this company I suggest reading about the Law Of Return. What you put out always comes back to you. It's a game called circle. 🪃🪃🪃

I wish I could give negative stars! The customer service was appalling. When I first entered the store there were ZERO other customers and I know why. The vape selection WAS TRASH! There is literally maybe a 3 foot wide and sparse section for vapes and im being generous. The employee finally came out of her hidey hole in the back of the establishment and I made the comment "wow you all have really downsized," she asked what was I looking for, I told her Geekbar, she told me that "nobody has those anymore," so I said "Mr. Puffers has them and so does Vape Republic in Little River." I am NOT exaggerating, verbatim says "why didn't you go there then?" I must've looked at her like she had 3 heads so she replies "I mean I always ask that when people say things like that, why take a chance on somewhere else when you know for a fact somewhere else has what you want..." I told her I was on my way home on a different route and this shop was more convenient. She kept talking while I turned and walked out. I can totally see why there were no other customers when I walked in. After reading other reviews on here, its quite obvious how unprofessional this woman is seeing as how she uses profane language in response to negative reviews and argues with anyone who gives a poor rating. I WILL GLADLY GO OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID THIS PLACE. THANKS FOR THE ADVICE... I WILL STICK WITH WHAT I KNOW!!! MR PUFFERS IS SO MUCH BETTER IN EVERY ASPECT. THEY ARE LOCATED IN GATOR HOLE PLAZA NEXT TO WALMART IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH. HUGE SELECTION, AND GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE. And no, I DONT work there, that's just where I prefer to spend my money. (I can only imagine what the response to this review will be. Thats probably what she does in her AMPLE down time in the back of the store... arguing with customers over VERY VALID reviews)

Store seems to be clean but no one is anywhere in the store to help. Waited for 10 min and no one showed up in the whole store to assist

out of all of the vape shops in the area this is by far my favorite! the prices better than anywhere else i've seen so far. steve always takes great care of us, highly recommend!
