I wanted to share our experience so others can make an informed decision before shopping here. On 07/21, my husband purchased a vape from this store for $37. After leaving the store, he opened it and immediately realized it was burnt and unusable. He went back inside right away, explained the situation to the employee, and asked if it could be exchanged or refunded. He was told, “You already paid for it,” and was refused both a refund and a replacement. Because of that, he had to leave and go to the shop we normally use, where he spent another $36 to purchase a vape that worked properly. This isn’t about trying to get something for free—it’s about standing behind the products you sell and providing good customer service when a product is defective right out of the package. Most people can’t afford to spend over $70 just to end up with one working vape. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning. If you decide to shop here, I would strongly recommend asking the staff how they handle defective products before making a purchase, so you know what to expect if there’s an issue.

TERRIBLE!!! The vibe was wayyyy off the second I walked in the door! Dude did not want to be there and made me feel like a degenerate for still buying 7oh since they’re making it illegal at the end of the month. I don’t go to smoke shops for therapy sessions or to be looked down upon for buying what I want to but what YOUR shop is selling and not be judged - simple as that. I asked to receive a cash deal like last time, but Mister Clean clearly wasn’t having it. First time working retail I suppose? Hope not. I would totally go back here but I will have to call everyday to see who’s working. Mister clean means business and by, “meaning business” he’s only going to have people like me with $400 cash to spend walk because he’s so hell bent on taxing me and scarring customers right out the door. Man, I don’t know who that guy is, but my only recommendation is having him kick rocks. I went out of my way twice to Food Lion to pull out cash as the previous guy said cash is king so I had $400 to spend (which I told the pessimistic bald guy. (word for word) , the bald dude said, “I don’t care what you purchased them for here for before, was I here - NO, I Was not.” it didn’t matter and I would be paying the same no matter what… news flash these shelves are gonna have to move or they won’t sell. With that attitude I will never step foot back in there before making a call to see if the owner is in and is not condescending. I even told the white bald guy (I had never seen before). I was intersted in buying in bulk and HE said OK, they’re still the same prices! 😂 You got a real deal customer service associate on your hands here who could care less about selling your product.. I walked with the $400 I was looking to spend. Anyhow, good luck with that bald white dude 😬

I started coming here about once a week several months ago. The staff have been awesome and have helped with recommendations more time than I can count. Awesome place and awesome people!

Horrible service. Horrible vapes. I came in to get a vape and I got a really bad mint vape it didn’t taste like mint so I asked the person working if he could switch it out he sighed and said I guess if you want. Then switched it with a vape that is made to taste like nothing. This place should be shut down.

Best headshop in the area by far. Great selections and reliable products. Have been here many times and they have outstanding service! Z is the one who is usually there when I go and he handles everything so well and is VERY informative about any questions regarding any product in the store he is awesome and does his job very well!!! I would choose this headshop over any of the ones in this area ANY day and I've lived here for over 20 years. They carry authentic products and they never jip you on prices and always carry good brands of anything of your choosing. 10/10 highly recommend going here so you can see how epic this shop is for yourself!
