Amazing experience my first time in! They have some of the coolest glass I’ve ever seen. The manager of this location (Alisa??) was so helpful and fun to work with! She was so patient with me as I was so excited to pick between the different pieces. They are so reasonably priced and a local company!

I have been a loyal customer and have purchased several items from this location over time, including a Puffco Proxy last month. This is also my second time purchasing a chamber product. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location fell far short of the positive experiences I have had at other locations. Morgan, the employee who assisted me with this purchase, was not very helpful throughout the process. It felt as though my questions were an inconvenience, and I did not receive the guidance or product knowledge I expected when making my purchase. As a customer, I rely on staff to help ensure I am purchasing the correct item, especially when it comes to product compatibility. After purchasing the item, I discovered within the hour that it does not fit my Proxy core. When I returned seeking assistance, I was informed in a rude manner that I could not exchange it for the piece I actually needed. As a result, I am now stuck with a product I cannot use and am extremely disappointed with both the service I received and the lack of support in resolving the issue. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, especially considering my history as a repeat customer. There are other Smokers cabinets in rock hill that will help you and ensure the best of experience.

I visited smoker’s cabinet on Heckle Blvd for whatever number time (lol) and I always get super chill super cool service. Trusted recommendations and great prices for what its worth! Dope products galore. Herb is always good too. Today specifically I had Morgan as a cashier and she so chill & cool! We always click and vibe and I appreciate that type of experience. 10/10 recommended experience. Go check em out!
