The worker there was one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met in my life! I'm going through a very hard time right now and she went above and beyond to help me I will only be going to this vape shop from here on out!

Used to love this place. But recently with all the SLED stuff they always assume you’re a cop or being sketchy and have refused to sell to me twice in the past few months for meaningless things like mentioning my wife being in the car or saying “I need to get this for my wife” which makes their service so bad. Not giving them anymore of my money. If you’re selling sketchy stuff then that’s on you. Don’t punish me as a customer for it. My wife and I have been in the store multiple times and I would assume the employees know us by now but just feels rude and like they don’t trust me as a customer anymore.

This was my absolute favorite vape shop, my fiancé and I BOTH go in at least once or twice a week to grab our usual hemp cartridges. I went in tonight after work as my fiancé asked me to grab one on my way home because our vape was empty. (My fiancé and I share a vape, so I was looking forward to buying a cartridge all day because I’ve had a really rough day today)…anyways the girl asked me what type of cartridge i wanted (sativa, hybrid, or indica) and as I was looking I said jokingly “well I don’t think he cares what type it is”. I said this thinking she would respond as she always does, like many times before when I have bought and said the same thing many, many times before.. usually she just laughs and is super nice and helpful. As soon as I said that, idk her name but she sometimes wears a backwards hat and she’s literally always in there when I come in so I KNOW she recognizes me (she has served me too many times to count) she immediately turned me away in these words “Well unfortunately I can’t sell anything to you because you just said it’s for someone else”. Excuse me?? I NEVER said “oh this isnt for me” because it WAS actually for me AND my fiancé who ALSO comes in once or twice a week when im not able to make it before they close. We go in so often that it’s about an every other day thing. I understand that there are rules but after years of coming here and giving this shop A LOT of business, so much so that one of the employees knew me by name.. it caught me so off guard. I didnt even know what to say back to her so I just walked away and back out the door… and what gets me the most too is that she didn’t apologize or say “have a good day” or anything. Just mind blowing with how much money and loyalty weve given this shop!! I’m just so disappointed because I thought we were respected more as long term customers. I have spent a lot of money in there, and loved the atmosphere, the employees, all of it. Unfortunately Get Weird lost a couple of very loyal customers tonight. We will be finding another vape shop.
