The customer service was outstanding. I'm not sure what her name is, but she's pregnant and was working day shift. She's great! The store was also clean and the prices are not too bad.

Went for prerolls and they didn't have a single one. The woman there didn't even know when more would be coming in. Was told that I'd have to wait around 4 hours for the boss to show up to even see if there was any in the back. Highly dissatisfied

Z's has been one of the best smoke shops I've been to for THC-A products. They always have a wide selection and everyone who works there has been awesome. 100% recommend!
