The worst experience I’ve ever came across coming into a tobacco shop. The lady who was in there was very rude and acted like she didn’t even wanna be there and wasn’t helpful with really anything. I tried to shake it off and not do a review, but it was still sitting on my mind and I had to get this off my chest because I do not like rude customer service experiences because I in the past done customer service for many years and I always try to give people the utmost respect that they deserved Even if I didn’t know who they were even if I didn’t feel like being at work, I never took it out on my customers with that experience I encountered yesterday I wouldn’t ever in life walk into that shop again and I will make sure people that I know will not walk into that shop. Her attitude was so horrible. I can see why the business was very dry when I went in there who would want to be around someone with a horrible attitude like that I don’t know if she’s an owner or whatever she is, but she is definitely not a good reputation for your store. If I was able to give zero stars I would, but unfortunately, if you don’t select one, you wouldn’t be able to post a review.

Huge selection of everything you could need. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and very willing to help. Laid back chill atmosphere.. love it

Tried to spend some money here today along with about 5 others. But the door was locked with a sign that said went to bathroom be back in 5-10 min. Well I waited 20 and no one. If it takes you more than 20 minutes to go to the bathroom seek medical attention. Just know you lost out on 5 sales

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a elfbar from this store. Turned out to be a fake. I brought it back along with my receipt and manager said she wouldn't take it back because I bought it on 9-2-22 and it's the 15th. Selling fake elfbars is bad business and can even be dangerous. The sales rep in the store was unprofessional, confrontational and rude. I would give 0 stars if I could. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Wonderful staff !!Nevada definitely knows her stuff and she is definitely a good asset to the company. We love coming to see her and won’t go to anyone else for our purchase. Dustin was also very helpful and knowledgeable when I was trying to decide what to get. We will continue coming to this store. Great team!!
