friendly and helpful staff, good system in place to prevent sales to minors as well! only constructive criticism i have would be to keep bottles in the original boxes, I've gotten a couple with oxidized nicotine and I suspect its from being exposed to sunlight from the front of the store

Absolutely love this place. Started coming in October of 2023 and after using elf bars and gas station vapes, the guy working at the time helped me find the vape that was right for me. There are so many flavor and strength choices and it's a huge money saver since most of the disposables I would buy had some kind of leak, or wouldn't charge so it was useless. Zachary is also wonderful. He's very kind, patient, and most importantly knowledgeable. I'll be sticking to Charleston E-Cig.

I’ve been going to this location for years now, and have always had a great experience. What made me leave this review, however, was my experience with Logan today and yesterday. I came in last night looking for pods for my NordX. It’s an older vape and he searched for while trying to find a good fit, because I didn’t know what I needed. Unfortunately, when I got home, they didn’t fit so today I went back and Logan was there again. He was SO helpful and apologetic about the pods not fitting. I ended up having to get an all new device because my NordX was basically obsolete and new parts would be increasingly hard to find. Logan helped me find a new device that I’d like, set me up with all the spare parts I might need, and I got a credit on the pods that didn’t fit. He took his time with me, called managers, and really did a great job. Vape shops are dime a dozen now, but I’ll continue shopping here, as employees like Logan really make a difference in the overall experience.

Best place in the greater Charleston area for your e cigarette needs. Products are consistent In all stores, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices can be overpriced compared too some online retailers with certain gourmet juices. Rarely a long wait to get what you want though so that makes up for the higher prices in my book
