I am a veteran of war from Sumter S.C, who occasionally visits with my family here for I now reside in GA. I was home for the holidays and went to this store on Wednesday afternoon to purchase a vape and some wraps. I purchased a yellow Raz-mango colada. The tall young man, slim build, with short hair who usually is there, tried to sell me a platinum one which I refused. I tested the product in store, puffing to make sure it works. Furthering through the following day, Thanksgiving Day, my Raz needed charging. Upon trying to charge, a red icon popped up on it and it would not accept any charge or charging piece. I took this back to the S and S smoke shop or The Silver Palace( new name on building). This was yesterday (Friday, November 29th)evening. Two days after purchase..I seen the same guy who sold it to me which I was relieved at first. I explained to him the problem.with the vape. He asked me what I want him to do...I asked for another since I had just been there and he remembered me. He said no, he will not get reimbursed from his merchant..I said that is not right and has nothing to do with me. I said you didn't perform your QA/QC checks on your products since you dont know they don't charge. I said this is wrong, he saids I know...I say can you have integrity to do what is right and just give me another....he saids no I will not get my money back. I said I'm going to say something about this, he saids go ahead. I am highly disappointed in these types of businesses that lure all types of randoms in and out of their store, especially the homeless that lingers around their entrance, prospering in low-income areas. The callousness of this business transaction was ignorant when he is the merchant selling. PEOPLE STOP SUPPORTING THESE TYPES OF BEHAVIORS /BUSINESS FROM BUSINESS OWNERS OR CO-OWNERS THAT KNOW ONLY MONIES AND HAVE MINIMAL INTEGRITY! PLEASE UNDERSTAND PLACES AS THESE THAT LOVE OUR MONEY WILL NOT PROSPER WITHOUT US! I fought hard for this country for people like this to come and treat us as they want yet need citizens monies to stay in business, NO NO & NO. Wake UP FOLKS!! I nor my family will Never support this place again. The rest of you will learn soon especially with this president. Wake Up Sumter-

The service here is really great always. Sometimes they do run out of what I buy there but they do always get it ordered. Prices are very fair but the only other fault I have is that the hours are not always what is posted...... Update 4/5/20 This continues to be a very friendly place to shop where the customers are always remembered. I am happy to say that the small issues from before( running out of my product and hours confusion) have been resolved for quite some time now. Definitely recommend this store to anyone....

The customer service here is great,and great cigarette prices,.July 2024 lowered my 5 star rating,they never open on time ,and there is always people standing on the side ,asking for cigarettes and money ,owner never does anything about it

Cheap prices but too many people were hanging all outside the store making other customers feel unsafe.

I go here when I'm in town to visit a friend. This is Sunday, and Google maps listed the store as open. It was not. Very disappointed...
