**DO NOT SHOP HERE** Every time I come in, the young white guy with the beanie n black hair seems too high, which makes him extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly, uneducated about the products. I’ve been looking for HITS pens, which they haven’t had in stock for over two weeks — and while I understand inventory issues (I have worked in a vape shop myself), the lack of customer service or care is very frustrating. I simply asked if he could call me when the HITS PENS come in, and he flat-out said no, claiming he “doesn’t know anything about that.” When I suggested he LITERALLY just take my number to give me a heads-up, or write my name and number down he refused again. It’s clear he doesn’t care about the customers or the business. He isn’t even fully present when you speak to him because he’s SO HIGH it’s honestly sad. Vape Citi fix this issue immediately! Or I will no longer shop here or my associates that I bring to your business💯 HIGHLY DISSATISFIED
