Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Absolutely satisfied with the options and device I ended up choosing, as well as the juice! Both ladies went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service! This will now be the only vape store I shop at!!!

I come here a lot with my husband and these 2 ladies are always super helpful and knowledgeable! I don't know the other lady's name but Lorelei answered a question that I was going to ask overhearing a conversation from a customer she was having. Love this place and I hope they don't stop selling our favorite!

Always enjoyed going to this shop. The last time I went however wasn't that great of an experience. I arrived at 9:03 AM, they were supposed to be open at 9AM. It was 45 minutes later that 2 men, one young and another middle aged man showed up to work. We all have our days, I get it. But they had no sense of urgency while opening up the store. Other than that though they're great. Huge selection of product. Decently priced.

I sent my son to buy a clock. When he gave it to me I sent him back immediately. It was too big for what I needed. The clerk told him No refunds. However the receipt said no refunds exchanges or returns without DM approval, but no one could tell me who that was. So now I’m stuck with a device that I won’t use. This is a really bad look and I will be telling this story on all my social media and to anyone who will listen to my rant. This place sucks. Many places like this have come and gone because of their shyster policies.
